ECONOMY South Korea's industrial production rose by 29.5% in the 12 months to June; Singapore's was up by 18.4%. Russia's industrial output rose by 11% in the 12 months to July. Consumer prices fell again in Thailand (by 1.1%) and Argentina (by 1.5%) in the 12 months to July; Indonesia's inflation rate slowed sharply, to 13.5%.
