STOCKMARKETS Strong buying of media shares lifted Paris to an all-time high, rising by 2.3% over the week. Record highs were also reached in Sydney, Toronto, Copenhagen and Amsterdam. Frankfurt lost 0.7%, as the banking sector was rattled by worries about higher interest rates.
