Worries about rising oil prices and the falling euro depressed most stockmarkets again this week. The Dow lost 4.4%, and Frankfurt fell by 3.5%. London dropped 3.1% to its lowest level for nearly three months. Bucking the trend, bourses in Japan posted gains.
