Nawaz the bold
ALL elected prime ministers in Pakistan in recent years have had to govern with an axe dangling over them—the article in the constitution that allows Pakistan's president to dismiss them without notice. Four times in recent years the axe has dropped. Once over Nawaz Sharif, who is now back as prime minister. Most recently over Benazir Bhutto, who was sacked as prime minister last November.
