Fighting in Ukraine could wind down in 2025
What might a possible deal look like?

ON FEBRUARY 24th the war in Ukraine will enter its fourth year. The conflict has already resulted in more than 200,000 deaths and three or four times that many casualties. Millions have been displaced and Ukraine’s economy has been devastated. The country faces a demographic time-bomb after the flight of so many women and children.
